In the spirit of inclusiveness, a virtual option will be offered at a later date for those unable to attend in-person. The Untappd event staff has been working closely with Petco Park staff to produce an event in accordance with current CDC guidelines. As we move towards normalcy throughout California, we are thrilled to host one of the first in-person beer festivals and continue to play an integral role in bringing live events back to San Diego. Festival attendees will have the option of attending four different sessions. Obviously, the pandemic brought all live events to a screeching halt. More than 70 breweries from around the country will pour at the festival, including Around the Horn Brewing Company, Drekker Brewing Co. More breweries will be unveiled in the coming weeks. General Admission three and a half hours of unlimited beer tasting and a souvenir tasting cup. VIP Experience four and a half hours of unlimited beer tasting including an hour of early admission prior to general admission , a souvenir tasting cup and lanyard, access to the VIP Beach and Pier overlooking right-center field, exclusive VIP-only beer tastings, exclusive guided beer tastings, plus a VIP gift. Virtual Experience to be released at a later date a package of ten featured beers delivered to your door, a souvenir tasting cup, exclusive live footage from the festival, and broadcast interviews with participating brewers. Untappd is following all current CDC recommendations for capacity limits and social distancing. In addition, Untappd is implementing additional measures, including but not limited to, a touchless ingress and egress process, QR code menus and social distanced line queuing. Neither San Diego nor California has any restrictions on events at the moment. At this time we plan to hold the event as scheduled. The safety and health of our staff, vendors, breweries, and attendees is the top priority. In addition to following local regulations, we are implementing additional safety protocols to provide a safe environment for everyone. Should state and local regulations change between now and the festival we will revisit and adapt accordingly. No breweries have pulled out. We continue to add new breweries who have decided to join us at the festival. Our current policy is that all ticket sales are final. Should state or local law require enforcement of vaccinations or other safety measures that were not planned for and impact the ability of ticket holders to legally attend the event, we will re-evaluate the policy at that time.
