You no longer need to visit several different locations for your information, it is all located in the mobile app. How do I edit or add chairlifts that may not have scanned for my EpicMix stats? Why do I have to download the trail map for each resort? The EpicMix app requires a download of each resorts interactive trail map when you access the trail map for the first time. This allows you to access all interactive features of the map when youre offline or dont have cell service. You do not need to download the interactive trail map each time you open the map, only the first time you open the trail map. Where can I find my EpicMix pins from past years? How do I access my family info on the EpicMix app? To access a family or household account, navigate to the My Account tab and select the My Account button under your profile name. This will link you to your household account on EpicPass. If you do not see a My Account button, you will need to select the Login button first to login to the EpicMix app and link your accounts. Congrats on your new pass! For first time Epic Season Pass holders, your pass will be mailed as soon as possible after your photo upload is accepted, reviewed, and processed. Alternatively, you may have your photo taken and pass printed in person at a season pass office. If you renewed the same pass product, continue to use the same pass media from last season. Your pass will be activated the day full payment is received. If you purchased a different Epic pass product, a new media card will be mailed to you. Photo Upload Information Our pass and pack products require a photo of each pass holder. If you have had a pass for any past season, you may already have photo on file and do not need to upload a photo at this time. If you do not currently have a photo on file, you can upload your photo online.
